New Years in Sun Valley
The Day after Christmas we went on a road trip to Sun Valley ID to visit Alex's parents and do a little R&R with the kids.
It was a great trip (a little long on the way there), but overall everyone had a great time playing in the snow and just relaxing.
Tia's "Perfect Day" as she called it consisted of making trails in the snow (in my parents yard), then going sledding (throughout the neighborhood) and the going to town to have hot chocolate. And once Tia said to me, "Dad today is a perfect day, we played in the snow, went sledding and now are having hot chocolate", it became my perfect day as well, as my heart melted!
Here are a few pictures:

Looks like fun! We haven't had any large amount of snow in a long time.
